Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 22 September 2026 · This public standard is the policy URL for Google Play Child Safety Standards (CSAE) and applies to the Kamao mobile app, website, and brand dashboard.

Kamao has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any sexualisation of minors. This page is the Play Console “Child safety standards” link. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data, including children’s data we do not seek to collect.

Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions Delete your account

1. Who this applies to

Kamao is a creator-commerce product: brands run campaigns and people submit social posts to earn rewards. The app allows user-generated content (links, captions, proofs, and profile information). Because of that, we publish this standard for Google Play and for anyone who uses Kamao.

Operator: Aayusofttech. Contact: /book-demo. Account removal: /delete-account.

2. Age and child accounts

Kamao is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and we do not allow sexual or exploitative content involving anyone 17 or under.

Where a host configures a higher minimum age, registration requires confirmation that you meet that age. If you believe a child has an account, use Delete Account or Contact and we will treat it as a child-safety report.

3. Prohibited child-safety conduct

These are banned on Kamao, including in UGC, profiles, campaign briefs, and messages we process:

  • Child sexual abuse material, grooming, enticement, or trafficking
  • Sexual content, nudity, or sexualisation of anyone who is or appears to be a minor
  • Soliciting or sharing sexual images of minors
  • Using the service to contact, exploit, or harm children

Violations of our Terms that involve minors are handled under this standard first.

4. How we prevent and detect it

  • Accounts are required for core app features; brands review campaign posts before rewards
  • Staff can suspend or close accounts that break these rules
  • Campaign briefs and UGC must follow platform rules (original content, no illegal material)
  • We do not provide a marketplace for contacting children or sharing CSAM

We use a mix of user reports, staff review, and account controls. We improve these measures as the product grows.

5. How to report

Anyone (signed in or not) can report child sexual abuse or suspected underage accounts:

  • In-product: use Contact / demo at /book-demo and write “Child safety” in the message
  • Account: request removal at /delete-account if a child account must be deleted
  • Operator: Aayusofttech — aayusofttech.com.np

Include the campaign, username or email, and links if you have them. Do not send illegal images to us; describe the location of the content instead.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first. In Nepal you can also use the Nepal Police emergency numbers applicable in your district.

6. How we respond

When we receive a credible child-safety report we aim to:

  • Remove or hide the content from Kamao as soon as reasonably possible
  • Suspend or permanently close involved accounts
  • Preserve records needed for law enforcement where the law allows
  • Report to competent authorities in Nepal when we have actual knowledge of CSAM or imminent harm to a child
  • Cooperate with Google Play and other lawful processes

We do not pay rewards on content that violates this standard. Published posts on Instagram, TikTok, or other networks must also be reported on those platforms; we cannot delete third-party posts for you.

7. Law and this URL

This page is the public Child Safety Standards URL for store listings. Paste this same address in Google Play Console (Policy → Child safety standards) next to the Privacy Policy URL:

/child-safety (full URL: your Kamao web origin + /child-safety, the same origin as /privacy).

We operate under the laws of Nepal and will update this page when our enforcement process changes. Last updated date is at the top.
