Delete your Kamao account

Use this page to request deletion of your Kamao account and associated personal data. Google Play and the Apple App Store require a publicly reachable deletion path for apps that create accounts. You do not need to be signed in to submit this form.

What happens after you submit

• We verify the request against the email on the account (we may ask a short follow-up if the details do not match).
• We aim to complete deletion or anonymisation within 30 days.
• You will lose access to the app, website dashboard, wallet, campaign history in-product, and connected social links we store.

What we delete

• Your account login, profile, avatar, and in-app identifiers
• Social connection tokens we hold
• In-progress submissions and personal files we stored for campaigns, where we are the controller

What we cannot fully remove, or may retain

• Posts you already published on Instagram, TikTok, or other networks — delete those in those apps if you want them gone
• Financial ledgers of completed payouts, tax/accounting records, and fraud-prevention logs we must keep by law
• Content a brand already exported for a completed campaign, to the extent they received it as a campaign licensee

Withdraw any available wallet balance before you request deletion. Unwithdrawn balances may be forfeited as described in the Terms, except where law requires otherwise. There is no fee to request deletion.
